Volunteering
As a small charity, we are reliant on the goodwill of our fabulous team of volunteers to provide valuable support in all aspects of our work.
Volunteering can be very rewarding and you can give as much or as little time as you can spare.
It's also great fun and you get to meet lots of new people who share a common interest in saving the lives of the hundreds of abandoned and unwanted dogs from across the Midlands every year.
We have lots of opportunities for you to get involved at Forest Dog Rescue. Whether you want to enjoy the fresh air whilst walking the dogs or helping out in our charity shops, or if you prefer fundraising then we have lots of fun events for you to get involved in.

IMPORTANT NEWS
From 1st January 2020 we have taken the decision to close the kennels on WEDNESDAYS.
The gates will be closed all day so there will be no access for members of the public including dog walkers. Obviously staff will still be in but we want to use this day for training and
giving the dogs more quality 1-2-1 time without any interruptions.
Hope you all understand and apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
