Poor Timber has come in as a welfare case, he has been through an horrific ordeal but he come out the other side and we cannot believe that he wants anything to do with people but he has loved everyone he has met so far. Dogs never cease to amaze us. He is thought to be GSD x husky or Akita and has the most adorable puppy face.

On the lead Timber walks actually quite well, he can be strong at times especially if a sniff catches his attention but on the whole he walks mostly by your side enjoying his time out and about.

Timber has walked round the fields with lots of different dogs whilst he has been with us and he is largely unphased by them instead opting to continue strolling on by however there has been the odd one or two he hasn't seen eye to eye with so with this in mind and his tragic past we are looking for a dog free home where he can be the centre of someone's world getting all the fuss, treats and sofa space all to himself.

In the playpen he is quite happy to occupy himself mooching around, sniffing and occasionally having a run about, at first he wasn't fussed about toys potentially having a jog after one but we have now found his love of chasing toys, given he has a particular taste when it comes to toys which at the moment his favourite is a squeaky rubber corn on the cob toy!

Overall Timber is a big friendly giant who really does deserve a happily ever after!
