Ellie has come into us from another rescue where she was found as a stray without even a name to call her own 🙁 She was taken in and brought to us so we can find her a new home, never to be a stray again.

The first thing we can say about Ellie is that she loves everyone especially humans, she is super loving and super affectionate, she wants to be near you at all times almost a bit clingy but hopefully settled in her new home where she can build bonds with her humans and know she isn't going to be left anywhere or abandoned she will settle and not need constant reassurance.

On the lead she walks almost like a spaniel rather than a collie, walking all over the shop, led by her nose which is firmly to the floor getting all the sniffs! We have started working with her but it is definitely a work in progress which will need to be continued in her new home.

At the moment her time in the playpen is spend seeking cuddles and kisses from humans rather than running or playing but fingers crossed she will soon develop the love for running and playing with toys!

Ellie is good with other dogs, generally she is more interested in the humans but will happily interact with other dogs tail wagging. We do think she could live with another dog but be equally as happy as an only dog 🙂
