Meet our gorgeous Lurcher Rusty who has come into us through no real fault of his own, unfortunately his owner was elderly and he as an excitable pup was too much for them so we stepped in to help find him a more suited home.

As you can imagine he is full of energy and loves to be out and about exploring but his most favourite thing is 100mph zoomies in the playpen, he also loves to play with toys and does actually bring them back for you to throw again for him so we do feel he will need a good size garden in his new home to continue his love of zoomies!

On the lead he can and does walk well with correct instructions, he does occasionally get the wind up his tail and spring off like a coil (especially if there is any birds or alike on the horizon that are chase-worthy!) but it doesn't take much to get him back by your side though we do know with inexperienced handlers he will push boundaries and try and pull all over the shop.

We have found Rusty to be good with other dogs, he just wants to play and is all legs in doing so! We do think he could live with another dog, one who could keep up with his energy but equally we think he would do just fine having friends out on walks to say hi to and play with.

Rusty is very affectionate, he does the typical Lurcher lean and loves all the fuss he can get.

We are looking for an active home for this boy and one where he can continue his training ideally to attend some classes, he is doing super well with all of his basics but he is a bright boy we know could excell with the right home.

Rusty is a super friendly boy who loves everyone and will make an amazing addition to a family!
